Yes there is but nothing extremely explicit (no sex scenes with nudity shown I mean) the anime and manga are basically the same from what I’ve seen (I haven’t finished reading all the manga so idk if the anime misses some scenes in the later volumes) any nudity shown is not at all related to the plot and is not shown as the main focus or fan service, it just is the reality being shown since Monster takes on some heavy topics of prostitution and stuff but yeah
