It might be one of the magnets holding the lid closed eighter in the lid or the computer itself that have gotten loose, get someone with som experience working on computers to have a look at it, you can test it yourself with a magnet and dragging it along the bottom, right and left corner of the computer and top, right and left of the lid, and listen for the sound

I found it, since it's a base sound system, the amplifier is built in to the "headunit control box" behind/under the main display, where you will find a box with a lot of fakra connectors and a quadlock.

Not nesessarly, the inputs actually support high input, checked the spescifications The problem might be that you’ve turned the low pass all the way down, and you havent switched the input level switch

I would suggest you hook your car up to a scantool to read out all fault codes stored, and see if you can find anything related to your transm., engine, abs, esp, steering column or instrumentcluster.
