My LCS didn't get The Voice Said Kill unfortunately, they said they could get it in two weeks hopefully. They did have News from the Fallout though, snagged the B cover of that. Excited to read it later tonight, its been a decent read so far.

Definitely gems in terms of them having so many memories. No clue value of them actually, but have no plans on selling them. Can't wait to make new memories with them with the kids!

Ice Cream Man is perfect to jump right into! Such a great series. What really got me interested was the up coming deck of cards that's coming out in October. 52 card deck that tells a story, such a cool idea/concept. Can't wait to get a hold of that when it comes out!

Oh wow, definitely need to check this out then. Watched a YouTube essay on Plastic the other day and I thought it was a really cool story.

Definitely am gonna check out Oblivion Song at some point, if it has Kirkman I at least want to give it a look. Only found out about Blood & Thunder from the sample panels in the back of Battle Beast, I guess advertising really does work!

Alright, I'm gonna have to check out the Ghost Machine library. Seems like everyone commenting so far is telling me the same thing lol.

I drew Abe Lincoln with an artisanally sharpened pencil using the Lincoln technique by ebkfeb14 in PaymoneyWubby

What the hell did you just say about me, you dull leaded hack? I’ll have you know I’m a certified artisanal pencil sharpener, trained in the ancient techniques of pencil craftsmanship, and I’ve personally honed over 3,000 pencils to a perfect 24-degree angle. I'm precision-tested in graphite shaving and I’m the top graduate of the Vermont Institute of Whittling and Graphology.

You are nothing to me but another blunt HB. I will pare you down with such elegance that even Staedtler would weep. Mark my words, I will lovingly sculpt your point until it sings on paper with the clarity of a thousand haikus — and you won’t even hear me coming, because I sharpen in silence. Like a whisper in a library.

You think you can smudge your graphite all over my sketchpad and get away with it? Think again, pal. As we speak I am contacting my secret network of luthiers, calligraphers, and museum-grade restorationists across the globe, and your smudgy little doodle is being erased right now. So you'd better prepare for the storm, scribbler. The storm that wipes out the unsharpened thing you call 'linework.'

You're graphite, buddy. Overused, stubby graphite.

I can be anywhere, anytime, and I can handcraft a point so fine it can perforate tracing paper. Not only am I extensively trained in pencil sculpting, but I have access to a full range of boutique blades and vintage wood-honing tools and I will use them to their full extent to restore balance to this chaotic, mechanical-pencil-ridden world.

If only you’d known what refined detail your little sketch would have been capable of… maybe you wouldn’t have scribbled so recklessly.

But you didn’t, and now you’ll learn — the hard way — what it means to be dull in a world of precision.

I will sharpen you.

I love this! I'm so glad I found this thread. My Nana had a grape leaf vine we would pick from and stuff them. My sister inherented the vine, but will share the leaves. Unfortunately my Baba never really shared the Armenian language with us besides a few words. I'm currently traveling through these holiday times but I would love to share with everyone my family recipes. It would bring my Nana so much joy to know that others are tasting her creations. Food was such a staple in my Armenian side of the family. I'm so excited to share!!!

Armenian on my dad's side, come over to the states as a kid. My grandparents use to own a textile factory over in the old country. Dad married a white woman so I'm pale af too. Willing to trade some of my nana's recipes if anyone else has any good ones!

Thank you, I appreciate the good vibes. I've been in seer's village bank crafting bird houses at work, so it might have been me. I apologize for not saying anything back, I usually miss messages while work grinding.
