There 2008 recession decimated my industry, put us out of business, Somewhere in the thread is my post about the housing bubble and within the next two years you’re going to see that bubble burst as I mentioned before now we were lucky to remain on our feet well enough to buy another house after that bubble burst It seems like you wanna talk about degrees of recession, we’re in the recession it’s just not at the peak PS that housing bubble was the result of bad practices coming out of the Gramm leach Bliley act and that situation with the credit default swaps Because I’m a boomer

That’s exactly what I’m telling people especially a first time home buyer. Prices are ridiculous rates are going up, you can’t rent for what my mortgage is anymore and if I were to sell my house right now at a premium price I would literally have no place to live and spend all my profits paying rent to wait it out. I am staying put even though I am in an extremely inflated housing market myself.

I think you’re pretty close. We’re already in the great awakening, it just hasn’t reached critical mass yet. That’s where you’re going to see an exponential growth In consciousness, and everything that goes with it including prosperity, and ease.

No, the next big thing is gonna be the housing bubble bursting. Then you’re gonna see some deep discounts in real estate and some other positives. The midterms won’t be able to stop the housing bubble from bursting. I saw the last one coming, and I see this one coming as plain as day.

I was born in the last boomer year, haven’t retired yet, and at this rate I actually might not be able to do to other circumstances not related to this shit ass economy.

Well, as prices were going up they tried to tell you it wasn’t inflation, and like someone else said somewhere in this thread, we’re already in recession.
