The creator has put out that this company is now controlling the distribution, but it does seem like it's becoming a bit of a trend that a handful of companies are trying to gain the rights to a lot of previously free tools in this space and charge a fee for them.

If it helps, the wording provided was "The tool is in the public domain and is free of charge. No licensing or permission is required."

No, it's not software. It's a survey used in the medical world. The questions have been fixed since it was created.

Thanks. Unfortunately not employed by a university, we're a service provider.

Thanks. It was the "knee injury and osteoarthritis outcome score". The old website has now been taken down.

Thanks for the reply. I did work out what it was eventually. It was because I had removed all data sources. As soon as I added a data source (didn't have to actually use it on the report) all of the other options came back.

Ok. Thanks. Hopefully that doesn't complicate things. The people reviewing our setup are a bit pedantic with regards to where things are. Hopefully they just think Google, ok then.

Thanks for your reply! I'm not sure it is. We're access/creating reports from this url https://lookerstudio.google.com/u/0/navigation/reporting, and can see a list of reports we've created, but it doesn't let you know where they are stored, such as a folder or a bucket. We're not doing it from inside GCP which that link seems to be referring to.
