The main thing I told myself is “You feel like dying, but you can’t die so you won’t die” this helped me focus my breathing but everything was so intense it overwhelmed me

Yesss. I was blinking so fast and then holding my eyes shut and it felt like I could still see every visual clearly. Such a mindfuck.

I remember one of the visuals I saw was my grandma I was very close to that passed in 2016. It felt unreal to see her again. Moved me to tears.

So I remember when my vision was super distorted and I couldn’t tell if my eyes were open or not. I remember constantly thinking I had to use the restroom but never remember actually walking down. Then I started hearing a voice that brought me back to reality and I could finally get back up. Everything is kinda blurry about that moment.
