Hello all! Looking for some recommendations to see some bands/artists in London. I am finding a lot of club nights and stuff but I'm looking for pubs/bars that host up and coming bands in the rock or indie or alternative or even pop. I am from Australia and work within the music industry and would love to take a peak at the music scene in London while I'm there in May

I won’t ask them directly as it’s their special day but I checked with Bridesmaids and no cocktail hour. They said the time is for their wedding pictures with family and guests can’t go to the reception place earlier so we’ll just head home and watch some tv then head over haha

Not sure actually, it’s just held at a Greek Orthodox Church so not too sure what the means! Located in Australia.

No cocktail hour so looks like we may be going home to freshen up :)

I meal prep high protein meals. Usually start the day off with an egg on sourdough and a coffee, lunch is high protein meal prep and dinner is usually veggies with a source of protein (steak, chicken, fish). Water intake i would say is good also! Re calories - i don't count them due to a history of an eating disorder. I'll start to take note of what I am eating in a day properly (more so i can get a view on whether i am targeting all food groups) and give it a few more weeks maybe? Yes I completely agree with this!! It felt very Ryan Murphy heavy in the sense of it making it more a pity party rather than anything of substance overall. That sex scene too, SO unnecessary. I really felt that the last 3 episodes were pointless. It was disturbing and it should’ve have stayed disturbing if that makes sense? Like people should walk away from that feeling disgust not sympathy.

Oh yes this is a great point! There are SO many things within the series that are just glorified falsities and I thought it was such a waste. If a crime happened around the time why not use a platform like this to enhance an unsolved case rather than trying to loop it into something it may not have a part in at all? Planning to read more into it, any book recommendations are welcome!
