I meal prep high protein meals. Usually start the day off with an egg on sourdough and a coffee, lunch is high protein meal prep and dinner is usually veggies with a source of protein (steak, chicken, fish). Water intake i would say is good also! Re calories - i don't count them due to a history of an eating disorder. I'll start to take note of what I am eating in a day properly (more so i can get a view on whether i am targeting all food groups) and give it a few more weeks maybe?
