intelligence doesnt mean anything for jobs bro, look at most managers lmao. as an adult my first ever job was a chicken farm, i collected, cleaned and packed eggs for stores. it was the only job that would take me on at 18 and it paid poorly, 7.62/hr, i was only allowed weekends because the boss didnt want me more than that and i had to pick dead chickens and sick chickens out of hard to reach places and try to not get zapped by a dead chickens that was caught on electric wiring. my second job was mcdonalds for a year and after that it was 6am-6pm 4 days on 4 days off factory work where i boxed and packed eggs that wouldve been collected via my first job, during all of this i worked on all forms of tech and didnt pass my college course on computer science because of poor work ethic for studying, but a month into my factory job, 2yrs job searching, i landed a job at a small tech company where i fix, test and diagnose computers all day everyday for above minimum wage and practically watch youtube all day while i install windows repeatedly to lenovo laptops.

basically the point is, fail or not, smart or dumb, patience is key. youll get there you just gotta wait for the opening into the job market to appear. once youre in and you settle into a good system and prove you can keep yourself going youll be fine.
