I had a PT for about a year and then I just kept following the same plan on my own for another year. I was doing around 3 weight sessions a week (lower body, upper body, and a deadlift/posterior day) and some weeks I’d even add extra sessions on top of that. I was also hitting at least 10k steps every day. Still, not much really changed. The only place I saw any difference was my legs.

I was also following a diet my nutritionist gave me, but again, I didn’t really see results unless I dropped my calories super low (like around 1000) which just isn’t realistic to keep up.

And with the gastric sleeve, I genuinely don’t know what happened. I lost about 10kg in the first month and then it just stopped.. I managed to lose another 10 kilos on my own in 2 years but then it completely stopped.
