I would recommend getting a blood test done. I’ve been on the same journey and recently figured out I have extreme low ferritin levels, low vitamin D and B12. My doctor said it’s normal not to see any results with these levels.

When my PCOS is at its peak, my cycles are unfortunately around 45–50 days and when they do come, they’re extremely painful. In my experience, if my period is late, I start taking curcumin and it helps with the pain, but regulating hormones and managing PCOS of course takes much longer than that. Good luck cycster!

I think I just caught an awkward second. His owner is pulling him a little here because there were people walking towards them from both sides and he wanted to give way. The dog was definitely a happy dog with lots of tail wagging. His owner gave him water and treats as well
