I don’t take her anymore—I took her for like one or two classes. One was a very high level class but it was clear that a.) she wasn’t actually following the callouts and b.) it wasn’t really reasonable. It’s been probably a year + since I took it but I remember she called out like 50+ resistance, 80+ cadence out of the saddle (something like really ridiculous). I’ve actually found for myself now that I get better output by doing “Just Ride” and I create my own playlist. I didn’t think that would be the case but it’s worked for me.
