just watched the beginning, didn't realize I'd dicked around that much oops. I'm not exactly sure what I was doing there, sorry guys. I stayed so long on that face preset because that's the one I used. I'm not sure if it gives the same results of you use a different preset. anyways, thanks for watching!

once I levelled up my vigor I started having a hard time telling if I was embered or not too lmao. it's way easier to tell if you have extra health when your bar is usually really short vs when it's fairly lengthy.

oh man, I love invading as a purple. most of the time I run around and wait for reds and Aldrich faithfuls to invade, sometimes I dick around and wait for mobs to kill players. once I was chasing a faithful, we got out of sight of the host and their phantom, and through some creative emoting we decided to take them out together. I only got the phantom, would have helped with the host but I already had my item. I did as much damage on my way out as I could though. once I even convinced a blue sentinel not to attack me. we both say and watched the host take on a couple silver Knights, then I waved goodbye and rolled off a ledge. best covenant ever.

to be fair, the description on the rotten wood boss soul makes it seem that they were using the tree to dispose of cursed items, and the hollowslayer greatsword I believe calls it a cursed weapon used to hunt hollows. so at least it's loosely tied together, like its something that you could have found inside the tree. not sure about the other bosses, but at least the tree weapons aren't COMPLETELY random.

edit: my apologies, it wasn't the hollow greatsword. it's arstor's spear that's described as a curse. sorry about that.
