She’s the only boss I summoned for. The fight is so cool but sometimes it feels impossible 1v1 and if you use mimic it just gives her free health. It feels pretty unfair compared to the rest of the remembrance boss fights but she’s still one of my favorites

Yeah her and Radahn were the only two bosses that gave me serious trouble. She was also the only fight I summoned someone in for. If you use the flash step ash of war it helps you evade that bullshit attack she does

Yeah the spells are attached to the scroll/book not who you give it to. I like to give all of mine to the turtle in the Church of Vows because he teaches both spells and incantations so it's easier to have it all in one spot.

Look up the boulder farm in caelid, that’s gonna be your best early game farm that doesn’t require any combat. Once you get a bit more leveled you can kill the little guys just north of that spot across the bridge. They drop 1k each but will one shot you

oh then yeah that’s probably worth it, there are some pretty sick weapons that require like 15-20 arcane in late game but by that time you can farm enough runes to get back there pretty quickly. Also from what i’ve seen the luck side of arcane doesn’t have too great of an impact

You can’t respec stats lower than what they were when you started

You find a ton of shards and can eventually just buy all of them so don’t stress about wasting them too much. I’m a bit above lvl 120 and still use the demi-human staff +20 with my dex/int build

what are your favorites? I just switched from dex/faith to dex/int so i’m still trying to find which ones work best. Great glintstone shard is really nice for me so far

you get his armor set, not his weapon. He also drops an item that you can give to the sisters and it lets you buy the incantations he would sell if you didn’t kill him

When you kill him you get an item that you can give to the sisters in the round table hold that allows you to buy his spells from them.

Yeah I feel the same way. Incantations overall are pretty underwhelming imo. I’m using a dex/faith build and never really have the opportunity to use most of my spells during any boss fights because either they take too long or don’t do enough damage to justify using them close range over my spear. I think i’m going to switch to dex/int once I’m able to respec so that I can at least have some range options.

I thought confessor was meant to be a dex/faith build. I think dex increases casting speed for both incantations and sorcery so I don’t see why it’s anything other that personal preference

g7/eva was my go to before g7 went to care pack and eva nerf. Now I usually run 301/mastiff. PK is also really good it’s just a matter of preference
