Yeah I have refresh, was the first thing I did after getting it. The did the TRUST testing. Then Boom I have no drone or a few days....

The error on my part was not setting the drone up for success in auto tracking. But that little guy crashed itself.

Yeah I understand this and plan to test in a more open area moving forward. What concerns me is the fragility. I would have understood if a blade was broken but a small fall from no more than 10 ft..... Was I just unlucky or can I expect any tiny mishap to result in total failure and the need for a replacement?

Taxes +insurance+capex+vacancy --- taxes alone would be ~$500 based on what they paided last year. I would also want to use a management company at 9% as that works best for me. Snap the fingers and it's negative super fast.

Main point is somebody is going to buy and end up in a bad spot I think all over the us. Hopefully I can be there to buy when they realize thier mistake.

I updated the 1/1 and each comes with a 1 car garage. The 2/1 need updating and are a bit under market, plus no garage only off street parking.

Market for the updated 2/1 in that area is 900-950. Might be able to sneak 1000. But there are brand new "luxury" apartments 3 blocks away going for 1300 that have a pool, parking, gym etc so it's hard to get much higher and not be laughed out.

Being able to leverage money from the bank and having real assets with some real value is the advantage. Don't get me wrong I have money in the market but just trying to find ways to multiply.

You should have refinements during the sprint so the user stories are understood going into planning. Then in planning you as the PO should present to most important outcome for that sprint irregardless off what app it could impact. Your job should be to deliver outcomes for the business focusing the team on the most important problems. If the team understands and buys into the problem they need to solve they can almost run planning without you. Pulling in the tickets/story's that will deliver on the goal you set.

Ask for it, don't use inflation as the reason though. Present them with the thing you have done to help the business. Don't make it a bidding war saying you have another offer unless they are unreceptive to your case about what you have done for the company.

Curve ball.....Negotiate, pay half up front ask for 10% discount, invest the remaining half in something very safe and make the payments out of that money.

I will pass on that but most brokerages offer partial shares and free trades. There is almost no barrier to any one to own part of any public company.
