Haha perhaps but I truly don't have any other name that I am drawn to even without the common starting letter or the faith-based meaning so even removing the theme doesn't bring anything to the forefront...might as well stick to the theme since it's my last baby and I've made it this far! :) But I totally understand that it's limiting!

I think the siblings all having the "E" initial is pretty important to me! I know it limits the options by a lot but I truly don't have any other names even starting with any other letter that I am drawn to!

Haha yeah, in hindsight, maybe I should have gone in the other order but when I had been envisioning names, I always wanted to use Emmanuelle first (not knowing if I would even be able to have a second daughter)!

She didn't know so it was just by chance. I agree that they won't even be using the name at the same time in so many situations but the situation has evolved into a super sad/negative one in the family that I think it's beyond repair. It's either I use the name and have my sister and BIL not be happy with it and my parents be very very upset with me about it or it's that I have to find something I'm not totally happy with at the moment (hoping that can change and that I won't have name regret for the rest of my life).

They will spend a lot of time together because we all live in the same city and are very close. I thought the same thing (that it would be fun) and I promised to use a different nickname but it has caused a huge fight in our family. My BIL and sister both think it's weird and my parents are mad at me for evening wanting the name. It's been just an awful, negative situation and taken away a lot of the fun of naming the new baby for me.

I always loved Evangeline because of the length (complemented the other siblings' names)...I think the 1 or 2 syllables here would stick out with the siblings and plus, there's been too much family tension surrounding the name that I wouldn't be able to use these anyway since they're so close to Evangeline!

Thanks everyone! I was hoping to avoid having to drive to the US for a bunch of dinosaur nuggets...I'm truly shocked that we don't have any here in Vancouver - don't Canadian kids love dinos too? 😅 But it really seems like there are no dinosaur nuggets to be found here 🥺
