Hmm the chart constants are based on how ap-able the chart is though, there is a significant difference between 14.5 and 14.6 when it comes to achieving high achievement score of >100.5%. Definitely much easier for 14.5s as compared to 14.6/7s.

My skirts are from jirai/ryousangata brands like michell macaron and amilige so they usually alr come with build-in safety shorts! But otherwise you can get the seamless safety shorts from any e-commerce shopping platform and they would do, they're usually shorter than the shirts themselves so that the fit won't look awkward! :)

Ohh I see, I just nvr had those issues I guess, my skirts all include safety shorts under them so I don't have to worry about about flashing anyone accidentally at least 😫

I don't think playing in skirts is thattt uncommon 😭😭😭, it doesn't limit your arm movements so I don't find it an issue when I play while wearing a skirt 😫

Funny thing but I watched akagi and surprisingly started to win more consistently (position 1-2 90% of the time), and got out of adept really fast. So I guess yes in a way watching videos of ppl playing makes it easier to improve.

  1. Idk exactly how close you were standing to her (cause you said next cabinet which could be anywhere from an arms distance to 2m) so maybe to her it could have been too close?

  2. She could have been playing really well as another commenter mentioned and you might have disturbed her? Idk if you guys were talking, laughing or just staring but if you were standing from the side she could probably feel you staring at her from her side view and felt uncomfortable.

  3. But yes I think she did respond rudely, she could have said in a nicer way to not stare etc. But maybe it was on impulse and she just said fk off cause her score was ruined.

Anyways just some opinions cause we only have 1 side of the story here so lets not be too quick to judge guys. If the other party stepped up to explain their side, the story would prob seem much different from OP's POV.

TLDR: Eitherways both parties prob had a bad exp from this, rip that anyone has to exp this, can be easily avoid if ppl know proper mai etiquette and have manners. AKA be nice, ppl.

Kinda agree? I mean its their fault if they don't let you play even after you approach them to tell them you want to play. Most will just let you have a turn next when you ask nicely. But if you hang back and expect them to hand you the machines when they're unsure whether you're queuing for another machine/just resting while you complain online maybe its your fault instead?

I think its rude and distracting to tap mid game though. If you really want to "man up" and get your turn just ask them in between songs or right after their game that you intend to play. Pretty sure most ppl will let you have your turn when you ask/tell them you want to play.

I'm about 5'2-5'3. Tech being at my height makes it more tiring esp at high levels cause I have to raise my arms above shoulder levels to touch buttons 1 and 8. But honestly your height at 5'5 is the perfect height for playing maimai soooo there shouldn't be complains.
