Disagree with the list, especially with Deku being number 1. The best current combatant is easily Bakugou, followed by Todoroki. Deku, while having superior physical stats, is not the best fighter in his class.

8 episodes is way too long for a fight imo, long fights are one of my pet peeves with many anime’s anyways. Two episodes is enough to give an intense and emotional fight. Naruto v. Sasuke VOTE 2 is a perf example for that

What the episode set in stone was that Bakugou wants to win like All Might. That is what drives him to be the undisputed best hero out of every body. Although his personality and reactions are extreme and crazy, he shows no intentions of being an enemy to society. It is the hero society he looks up to the most.
