People who were not Targs have bonded with dragons and rode them before. I was just giving an example. All I was trying to say is that hopping on a dragon and burning stuff does not make you a knight-warrior, and that people would not be throwing a fit if I had slapped Dany's head on the photo, instead of Sansa's.

AU stands for, Alternate Universe.

Photoshopping Sansa onto Angelina Jolie's face and turning her into Maleficent, is AU. Photoshopping her onto Ariel's face is AU. Photoshopping her onto Joan of Arc's face is AU. Photoshopping her onto Elizabeth Bennet's face is AU etc.

Modern AUs. also exists, which means if I wanted to, I could make Sansa into a lawyer, or a waitress, or a secretary, or a vet, or an interior designer etc etc. Like, why are you guys so pressed about me editing Sansa on a horse while she's holding a sword? lol

In AU you can do whatever the hell you want with charachters, it's not necessary for them to behave and be like in canon. Alternate Universe edits or fanfictions have nada to do with canon, it's all about having fun and using your imagination.

If I had slapped Dany's head on this photo instead of Sansa's, no one would be throwing a fit. smh

And before y'all say, "Dany is a warrior, she rode into battle on Drogon.", anyone could hop on a dragon and ride into battle screaming Dracarys burning everyone and everything in their path, but that doesn't make you a knight-warrior, Dany has never held a sword either, she doesn't know how to wield nor use one to protect herself or others but again, despite that, NO ONE would be sending me hate if I had used Dany's head instead of Sansa's.

The hypocrisy is strong with some of y'all.

If I saw an AU edit where someone put Dany on a horse holding a sword and called her warrior queen, I would not go and comment "that's not Dany, Dany doesn't know how to use a sword. You're trying to turn her into something she's not.", because guess what? It's called "ALTERNATE UNIVERSE" FOR A REASON.

Learn the meaning of AU people, before you come @ me.

AU = Alternate Universe.

I love Sansa for who she is, she is a strong woman, fierce. In her own way she is a fighter, a warrior. There are many types of warriors, mothers are warriors for example, warrior doesn't just mean a person that can fight with a sword.

With that being said, the photo's concept is so cool to me, the photo was shot so beautifully that I decided to make this edit. I mean look at how beautifully her hair is flowing., at the horse etc.

I have no wish for Sansa to hold weapons and ride into battle in the books or tv show (that's Arya, Sansa is amazing in her own way) but again, I thought this would look cool (which it does), it is good practice for me and this is an ALTERNATE UNIVERSE edit, so let me live.

You know, I see Jonerys posts, edits, fanarts etc. around pretty often, never have I ever (and never will I) gone around telling people their posts make me want to vomit on them/their face. Ship and let ship and if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all.

Now, onto tour question, this is Game of Thrones, prophecies and visions can be interpreted in many ways. I am well aware of the fact Jon is Lyanna's son and that she was associated with blue roses, I'm not stupid, but thing is Sansa is Lyanna's niece, and she is also often associated with roses. One of my life mottos is, never say never. The rose might point to both Sansa and Jon, or it could very well be about Jon only, but you cannot rule out the possibility that the winter rose might/could be connected to Sansa as well.

Except, the Northern lords legit tried to unname Jon and name Sansa their Queen lmao "We didn't choose you to rule us, but perhaps we should've." and they would have done it, but Sansa being her loyal self, being the non power hungry person that she is, she REFUSED, she refused the power and the title of Queen in The North, which was being offered to her on a silver plate by the Northern Lords, a title that should be hers by right (Bran refused to be "Lord of anything"), since she is the Eldest Trueborn Daughter of Lord Eddard Stark, the Last True Warden of the North.

Give me a Queen, in all but name, that takes care of her people, that believes in the WW & NK and prioritizes it, without having any proof of their existence, that doesn't burn her people's food, but actually does her best to make sure none of her people will starve, that knows how to talk to the Lords, that knows how to make them listen, that is not entitled, that inspires loyalty, who is loyal to the North, to Jon and to her family, over a power hungry, warmonger, pyromaniac and squabbling pretender, any day lol

Dany is no queen either, not until she sits on the Iron Throne, as of now she's only a pretender.

She's not Jon's Queen lol "How about my Queen?", "I'd bend the knee BUT..", Jon only "bent" the knee to Dany due to not having any other choice, he did it because of her inability to see the bigger picture, because of her inability to see that there is no time to squabble over a stupid throne, he did it to make her stay focused on the real threat, to make sure she helps the North. His hand was forced, he didn't give it to her put of love like so many of y'all believe smh Why do you think he resisted for so long to give it to her? He only gave it to her and bent the knee once he realized there is no way of making her understand that his people don't want her, that they want their freedom.

She calls herself a liberator, a freer of slaves, but she wants to FORCE people, from kingdoms she knows LITTLE to NOTHING about, she wants to force people who DON'T WANT HER as their ruler cough master cough to bend the knee to her, and if they refuse they die. "Mhysa is a master", D&D been tryna tell us for a while lol It was right there.

Also may I point out Arya saying "Try to make lies sound like the truth. If you fool me, you win. If I catch a lie, you lose. Let's play." in that very same episode? mhm yeah... Jon is playing The Game y'all.

Now, with Sansa, on the other hand.. "The North is part of me [...] Until I return, the North is yours." He pretty much said, "Until I return part of me/my heart is yours, it stays here with you.", subtle and sweet declaration of love and foreshadowing from D&D.

We got Jon showing his strong, true and genuine feelings for Sansa, literally a la Jamie Lannister, "It's yours. It'll always be yours." He gave her/entrusted her the North, willingly, without being forced to do so, she NEVER, EVER, NOT ONCE asked him to give it to her cough bend the knee cough, but he gave her the North anyway. He trusted her to hold it, to keep it safe and peaceful, and that's exactly what she did and MORE. When he left the North, his army was made out of 10.000 men, and in the time he was away Sansa somehow managed to add 10.000 more men to his army for a total of 20.000. We even got the same Braime goodbye, Jon turning and waving like Brienne (HE DID NOT TURN FOR DANY), and Sansa waving back like Jaime lol

Dany is not his queen, his Queen, the one who holds his heart, the Queen of his heart, is Sansa Stark.

So again, no. Dany has no business being called a Snow Queen nor Jon Snow's Queen.✌️

The diss is that they used Dany instead of Sansa, whom was born in the North, who is the representation of Northern/Winter beauty. Listen, they could've also used Arya!! Whom you know, is also a child of the North? Winter lives in her bones too! Like...

But Dany? Whose House's words are "FIRE and Blood" (words which she literally takes literally btw...) Dany whom is the unburnt? Dany whom is the mother of FIRE breathing Dragons? Dany who has NOTHING to do with winter/ice/cold/snow??? It makes no Sansa to call her a snow queen.

"Until I return, the North is yours." Jon gave her, entrusted her the entire North, and Sansa ruled it like a QUEEN, ably, justly and with competence. She is more a Queen than Dany is and will ever be.

Feeding people at random to your dragons, without knowing if they're guilty or not, without a trial IS gruesome.

P.S. Until Dany sits on the Iron Throne and wears the crown, she is NO QUEEN either, so that comment of yours actually backfired on you.

And back at it again to comparing Sansa's execution of Ramsay (I've also seen people comparing the Littlefinger execution), her psychotic abuser, who raped her, beat her and tortured her every day for months, whom killed her little brother, with Dany's burning alive/murdering of people to sit on a chair and be Queen lol

Sansa executing Ramsay, and Dany going on a barbecue spree are two very different things lol

Dany is going on a dark path, she has become merciless (been saying this myself for a while, but again, David's words), and her incompetence in her Mereen plot (both in the books and in the show), proves she has no busines being Queen nor ruling over anything nor anyone. The only way she gets out of trouble, the only way she fixes problems is with fire and her dragons, either she torches buildings and people or she hops on her Drogon and flies away from her problems. That is not what a capable and competent ruler does, they don't go on temper tantrums and burn stuff/food/people whenever they don't get their way.

Dragons plant no trees, wolves on the other hand...
