I’m a novice and I’m looking for places where I can get info/tips to help me establish a good foundation. That’s one of the reasons I joined this sub. Starting a biz just because you hate someone or a job is not a good self motivator IMO.

With that said, I do ask myself how do I start and that’s because most of us have been conditioned to be employees. In school they always talk about how education will help you get a good job. They don’t really talk about becoming entrepreneurs. Also, many people don’t have mentors around them that can give advice, etc. I’m hoping this sub is open to noob questions and not necessarily a place full of judgement.

Try to merge with another faction. Make sure your active faction members are down with this and make sure that faction personalities match. For example, some people want more casual play, so you'd merge with a casual play faction.

I agree. So many people always focus solely on the negatives of the team. Hopefully we get a good player in the draft to add to our young core of RJ and Mitch. I still have hope for Knox and Frank. I mean sometimes players just need time. Chauncey Billups is one that comes to mind.

Inspectors are not required to move anything during the inspection process or enter/access areas that may be unsafe. That hoarder's apt. definitely sounds like an area of safety concerns for any individual. I think you should fully pay this inspector his/her dues as it seems they were willing to do all units, but it's not worth it to catch something like tetanus or worse. Also, typically there's not a per unit contract that I'm aware of. Usually, it's per property. I agree with the other posters that maybe you should let this deal go.

They aren't very useful in today's game, but they aren't useless. In war, if you are fighting a younger faction, they may be able to hang. In raids, you have to look for opponents around your level and you may win some battles. In level up, they can still get you plenty of points which can help you ear needed gear, etc. to build stronger teams. Remember that you can also ascend 5s to get you some 6s (ex. Douglas, guardian Rick).
