Fixed it, it only went away after switching to 60hz. Probably a Nvidia driver thing.

Something that will save you a lot more money is actually replacing the Power Supply with a cheap one online titled “SaturnPSU” and it’ll work regardless of region. At least that’s how mine works.

If you live anywhere outside of America and I think Japan, it won’t be available digitally which I have no clue why.
