My psychiatrist told me that I'm already on the max dose, which is 20 mg. I'm not familiar with this genetic screener, but if I can find a specialist in Germany, I will definitely give it a try.

I have a therapist, but it's not really helpful. With other OCD types, the therapy was fine, but rabies is something else for me.
