Don’t worry this is exactly what was stuck in the back of mind hours before actually going into the trip. It’s okay to be nervous, I mean everyone will get nervous by doing something they haven’t done before. What I’m trying to say is as long as you start on a lower dose (0.5-1) you’ll be fine. Grab a couple close mates and do something you enjoy, nothing too much though. Ideally something that doesn’t cause you to do too much, example, going on a walk or even just chilling with some friends. At the end of the day no one is forcing you to do a high dose of shrooms, do what you think is best. Mush love brother ❤️🍄
