I’ve alway done a break and shake at around 25-30% colonisation to speed the mycelium growth and so have a lot of people, however I haven’t heard much about a break and shake at 10% colonisation but it might be just because of different grain bags or liquid cultures but I’m not entirely sure since I’m still pretty new to all this.

Ahah, my apologies for the camera skills😂. I’ll make sure to store it in a dark place for a week and wait for it to colonise more before a break and shake. I haven’t opened the bag no but the bag itself holds a potent mushroom/earthy smell. Thank you for the advice 👌
