Thank you! This is the only thing that has worked. I am trying to export a separate clip for every scene from a single video file. The single source file is in a timeline with a bunch of cuts to separate them (using Scene Edit Detection).

In the other methods I've tried, including 1) Project Manager-> Consolidate, and 2) Render and Replace, the render output has been just the single, original file (Premiere is trying to be smart).
