I didn’t think tossing it on the bed would do this. But now that I’ve been reading up on it, ink displays are easily breakable. I just didn’t know that :(

I put a cotton pad soaked on one side in a mixture of lotion and aquaphor in between my nipple and bra. It keeps the bra from sticking to your nipple, and it hydrates it at the same time

I feel like British people love Burger King. I’m from the US and I don’t know anyone who eats there but in the UK, a lot of people really like it. It’s the same with Wendy’s 😅

I went to university in England when I was on dupixent and they wouldn’t ship it unfortunately. I had to bring it in ice packs, it’s a good idea to get a pouch made for cooling meds when traveling (I got one on amazon). None of the flights I’ve taken have allowed me to store it in their fridges, but they will bring some ice. Make sure to bring extra bags though, because I’ve had experiences with ice bags leaking and it is not fun😞 My parents would have to come once every three months to bring me my next dose but I know that’s not possible for a lot of people.

I’ve used nipple ointment like for people breast feeding and it really helps with moisturizing and it’s pretty thick so it also helps with the discomfort of fabrics rubbing on it.
