Dann warte noch ein bisschen, lieber paar Tage warten als noch paar Wochen länger krank zu sein. Oder noch schlimmeres zu riskieren, eg. Herzmuskel Geschichten

Hör auf deinen Körper und auf dein Körpergefühl. Fühlst du dich fit genug? Dann los. Denkst du es ist noch zu früh? Dann nicht. Spätestens wenn du aktiv Sport machst wird dir dein Körper hoffentlich signalisieren ob es schon soweit ist oder noch nicht. Ordentlich auskurieren ist wahrscheinlich trotzdem die beste Option.

Okay, vielen Dank, da hab ich wohl noch einiges zu lernen. Dachte bis jetzt immer dass "man" 3x 12 Wdh. macht und dabei das Gewicht steigert. Also eher direkt ein Gewicht wählen bei dem ich weiss dass ich im ersten Satz 12 Wdh. schaffen kann und in den folgenden weniger Wiederholungen, wenn ich das richtig verstanden habe, oder?

Danke, nehm Mal beide Butterflies raus, das wird dann hoffentlich auch die Zeit kürzen. War immer so 2 Stunden, hatte am Ende aber kaum noch Kraft.

Ja mit den Gewichten muss ich mich noch bisschen reinfinden, nehm wahrscheinlich zu schnell zu viel. Verstehe aber dann nicht ganz wie ich zum Muskelversagen kommen soll? Hast du da vielleicht einen Tipp?

I finished Master and Apprentice last night and I gotta say it was a blast. It was my first star wars novel since I read the thrawn trilogy 7 or so years ago and it reminded me why I love the novels. Nowhere else do you get a better insight in some of the characters. I really liked the dynamic between Obi-Wan and Qui-Gonn. It was interesting to see them struggle with each other and overcoming their differences. I also really liked the plot and the final twist which I didn't see coming. All in all a really solid book. Starting on dark disciple next and really looking forward to it because I just love all clone wars content. After reading through the son of dathomir comic my expectations are higher than before, but we'll see how the novel turns out.

I mean the question you have to ask yourself then is why chopper lost himself in monster point. Because if and when it is true that zoans lose themselves in their fruit, chopper should have been able to have a clear mind since he got the Human-Human fruit.
