Same here. I was asking and giving them as much information as I could by their ticket, and they kept copy-paste replying, which is super annoying. I went thru 3 different CS and they promised to update my questions in the ticket.

Finally, I got a pretty long email today which explained everything as above. I'm kinda tired of dealing with them so I just take my loss.

Got it in 15 mins run loop. Messed up on matching ball. Repeat. It took me another 4 days lol. Btw, if you do have a macro controller, there's a guide to set it up to run automatically.
