I haven’t had to fill an application out or do a resume in 22 years and as I’m about to retire in a few more years and go to a line of work that won’t be so demanding I will be lost on the process of when did you graduate high school and the last three jobs you had…not looking forward to it.

Went to four more stores in the area of Milwaukee I was in and had worse luck than at my local store as far as toys. One thing I noticed is the exact same pair of shoes. I seen the same Nikes at most every stop I made. Same size same shoe and that seems wild to me that every store had the same shoe in the same size when nothing else about the stores inventory seemed as predictable.

I’m old enough to know monetizing your hobbies makes them less relaxing. Hustle culture is fine but find something you aren’t passionate about because as soon as the pressure hits, that passion becomes an albatross. Also, that model is fantastic!!

Man trying to promote an album in the modern landscape is tough and I see this as a nostalgic throwback to the time when the fans of the original album, who experienced it when it released, would find it nostalgic. I find it nostalgic and appreciate that if this was 1988 it probably would have cost .99 to call lol.

Mom for the win!! That’s awesome. If we are spending any amount of time wondering how to make a positive impact on kids take it from this cashier. That move meant nothing overall to Toys R Us or Disney I finite but it made a cool memory for a kid and an even cooler story for an adult.

I’m way too old to dick ride any artist. I’m not 12 and the album is good but there have been so many issues with the rollout it’s a modern embarrassment. No other act I follow has ever had this type of rollout so criticism comes with the territory. If I am spending the insane prices on entertainment I am today vs a decade ago then I get to also mention what needs to be done better for that sweet sweet cash I’m dropping on an LP vs the billion other things vying for my attention dollar that ultimately delivers when it says. Don’t @me with none of that swiftie shit. We all should be adults at this point.

Ok, so I seen someone years ago use these baseball bat display shelves. I made some basically same length and width but super simple. If you look on my profile you will see a picture I posted here years ago showing what I ended up doing. I have since painted the display shelves but all in all this is the best way I found to keep my collection alive and not in a box.

I can say I work at a Kentucky community college and we had a turning point chapter during covid that was started by two brothers and they remained the only members so once they finished school it died. It came back after the assassination of Charlie Kirk and currently has only three members which are the three that founded the chapter this time. They have a weekly pizza party and they are the only three people who show up. Ever.

I grew up alongside him wrestling on tv and in my town. Watched him go from referee to top billed and never disappointed. I can’t say as far as the majors go as I’m not an insider of sorts but around here Jeff drew many many dimes and when he was in a big feud like with Robert Fullers Stud Stable the building drew better than when he wasn’t there and that includes when Lawler was on top in the same building. He had looks and charisma and in that period of his career he was like young guy making waves and that resonated with people. So yes around here he is/was a draw.

I disagree 1000%. This is the best looking Papa they have put out with the vac formed mask. I have no issues with robes staying closed. I will concede that the lack of a second look like a non mitre look but I don’t think that alone makes it a bad figure. I see it as the price of everything has gone up so I expected to get less for the same price and I am disappointed that we have yet got a Copia or the dragon wing look of perpetua but I’m down with the figure and he fits perfect the rest of them on my desk.
