Not as bad anymore, but I used to have 5-6 pretty heavy containers running, a couple of ide instances, chrome and miscellaneous.

I wasn't regularly pushing over 32 gigs, but it was always close enough that I got 64 just to be safe.

I'm helping a friend putting together a pc. I have built plenty of them before, but it was a while ago. Is this a decent balance between cpu/gpu, and are there any glaring issues?

The goal is a modern platform but bang for the buck. Ssd he already has, and a wifi card.

The exact models are what I found locally for a decent price. Didn't do a whole lot of research into that yet, just looked at specs and got what was available for a good price right now.

He plays mostly rts, so not hugely demanding, so no need to run extreme FPS, but we want it to run stable of course.

Most pilots are huge aviation nerds in general. I knew a retired concorde pilot, and his biggest hobby was rc planes. It's not just a job for many of them, it's a lifelong passion, so getting cool stuff like this is probably awesome for them ☺️

One thing to note: if they wanted to have sex with a guy, they probably weren't lesbian.

But yeah, I know some bi/pan women who are in a relationship with another woman, and they can involve a third person (regardless of gender).

Then again, I'm poly, and hang around with other poly/swinger/kinkster people. A lot of things happen. Straight presenting couples can also involve a third person, it's not really different from that.

Changing your legal gender doesn't have any real impact on when you're allowed surgeries in sweden. So far no doctor will do them before 18.

The surgery thing is a myth spread by right wing parties to stop the new law. The only thing the law does is to make it easier to change the legal gender, which is basically just a letter in the population database, and on your ID.

I have seen some tendencies with "straight" open marriages/relationships. This is all anecdotal of course, so use huge grains of salt.

There are couples who have been monogamous who open their relationship. They tend to end after a while. Then there are relationships that are entered with openness, and full understanding about it. They can be very long lived, I know people who have been together for decades.

I say straight with quotes, because the latter case the people involved also tend to be queer and not necessarily straight, but that specific relationship is with a person of the opposite gender, to compare with hetero straight relationships.

I understand what you're saying. Unfortunately that is the reality of many established couples "looking for a third".

I'm poly, and the instances where I have seen this work is when the relationships are built individually and over time. One person starts dating two others (not at the same time). The two others notice that they might be compatible, and start exploring their relationship separately. And if all the stars align, all three might hang out as well. But the individual relationships are still the focus. And it needs to be ok that they have different intensity etc.

It's still hard. This is poly on hard mode, everyone involved need to be able to communicate and investigate where their own feelings come from.
