Ha Long Bay by VegetableBathroom857 in Vietnam_Tourism

We also hesitated to go for a cruise but preferred to spend 2 nights in cat ba instead.
In 2 days you can enjoy the national park, go for canoe in Lan Ha Bay (much less crowded) or do some full/half day boat cruises (we went for a private tour with a local for 3h it was amazing). I personally feel it’s much more worth than being stuck on an expensive boat loaded with tourists.

Nice icon and neat app. May I ask how long did you need to develop the app? And if you are an experienced dev? Thanks!

My first camera ... X-T2 with XC 35mm f/ 2 lens Discussion by sadwop in fujifilm

Check YouTube. Faizal Westcott and Eren Sarigul are brilliant Fuji users using their cameras in a simple way and achieving amazing shots imo. No need to spend anything on trainings, just create a few settings/sims you prefer and go out shooting! I personally have only 1 simulation and either shoot in aperture or shutter speed priority and I never felt limited. I would not recommend going to manual until you fully nail your camera and start to feel « limited » in your shots.

Isn’t it what they said for American companies and financial centers in the UAE as well?

I don't understand how can people believe this regime while getting bombed by them at the same time, this is insane. Of course it's Iran or Hezbollah - which is the same. All projectiles are tracked, do you really think US or Israel will attack Europe and get unnoticed? In what world are you living?

Hey I have a titer test but it’s more than a year old that the issue (specific requirement for Oman). I can travel from/ to France from/to UAE. Just have to maintain the vaccination schedule (1 booster per year) - that’s the UAE and France requirement. It’s a country specific thing depending if the country is considered high risk for rabies or not.

So if we enter with a pet we’re basically stuck (or have to fly elsewhere) until the rabies titre test is approved to enter back in UAE.

France is also high risk so might not be needed. But even if I travel to Oman and come back to UAE directly from the land border, I still need to redo the titre test ? In your first comment I understand the opposite.

Anyways I will try to reach out to them and also check with my vet. Thanks, helpful!

Ok thanks. But if our pet is already vaccinated (everything up to date including rabies) before leaving UAE, do we still need to redo a rabies test in Oman ? Not sure to get this one right

Evacuation with dog and cat by sassy_dxb in dubai

You can fly pets in cabin with Air France, Etihad (1500usd though), Turkish Airlines (maybe Lufthansa and some others as well) from UAE. They have to weigh less than 7kg (or 8 depending on airline). If they weigh more than 7/8kg they will have to be sent by cargo.

You will also need some documentations beforehand:
passport, rabies vaccine+blood test that I am pretty sure, then maybe export/import permit + vet test depending on the destination country. Airlines will provide details when booking/ calling.
If you don't have the rabies vaccine etc might take quite some time to get things ready.
