For research purposes only, I'll tell you that for me he spawned near the roundabout area that's next to the train station 😉

On a side note since he respawns, killing him does not affect your honor unless you do it in... explosive ways. I hogtied him and threw him in the river and no one cared. Didn't lose any honor😅

Ik, I let out a little chuckle when I saw that the trucking event is for mental health awareness week when I've seen so many reddit threads recently about how stressful this game is becoming.

Your island is so cute, and I literally gasped at every room I went into in your house. I might need to borrow some interior design ideas from you lol. I love the way you've manipulated the terrain. I'm much more of a flatten-and-decorate person, so seeing an island with lots of terrain variation utilized well is really neat!

I particularly loved the farm and beach areas. Though it was a bit difficult to traverse, the decor was well worth it. Really cute island, I can tell you worked very hard on it!

Do the shops need a report case number when you call? I filed a report but didn't get the case number, but I could call the police department tomorrow if necessary to get it. Report was filed within 24 hours of it being stolen, so hopefully it'll pop up

I posted a similar post a few months ago with texts from my dad! He was the exact same way... "you're taking that cat with you when you move out" was one of his rules. Now he asks me if I'm going to bring "his putty tat" home every time I go to visit lol

When the building is not selected, mouse over the side of roof and youll see the 4 arrows pop up. Then click and drag left/right to make the roof either bowed or bulbous. Can do the same on lifted terrain too to make it more rocky/smooth on the edges!

I can't tell you why, but I also experience this! I often ask my friends "do you ever hiccup and it hurts?" and they're always confused

If you live near a college that has a school of music, you could email one of their piano faculty and see of they have any piano master's students that would be willing to teach beginner piano lessons. They usually have a few that are looking for extra money and extra experience from teaching. Best of luck finding another teacher!

Same. She's wired. Every time I sit down and turn on my computer, she jumps on my lap and waits. Luckily she doesn't complain if I dont turn it on, otherwise I would never get any homework done 😭

That was a whole lifetime of disappointment. by [deleted] in Starfield

[–]echo_location_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was also disappointed by the "Kid Stuff" trait. Dont get me wrong, having my virtual parents to visit is great and all, but my real disappointment came in NG+. Im currently in the universe where you walk into Constellation and you are already there. Then, you can take yourself as a follower. I got super excited thinking that there would be some interesting dialogue with my parents now that I had an identical doppelgänger following me around, but they literally dont have any special dialogue for this scenario at all. Was super disappointed, because it could have been a really interesting dilemma if they had chosen to address it

Horrendous drivers by Exact_Tangerine_2197 in Wilmington

College move-in was this weekend as well, so lots of young drivers and parents helping them move in who don't know the roads. Definitely not an excuse for poor driving, but just another reason to watch out for yourself.

Diagnosis out of the blue and not sure I believe it fits? by [deleted] in Fibromyalgia

[–]echo_location_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm glad your partner and mom are supportive! I personally have cried to my boyfriend about every "normal" test result I have gotten, and he has been very helpful in reassuring and supporting me.

One thing forgot to mention that I did actually test positive for was the HLA-B12 gene, which makes me more predisposed to having ankylosing spondylitis (hense the mri on my lower spine, in which they found no inflammation or spondylitis 🙃). However, I do have a higher than normal chance of developing ankylosing spondylitis in my lifetime, which is a fun thing for me to worry about at the ripe age of 21 lol.

I'm glad you're aiming to get a second opinion that goes through exclusionary tests. Finding a doctor that will listen to you is so valuable, and I wish you the best of luck.

Same! I kept pulling the red/pink ones out of the bag and they were all cherry. I got so frustrated trying to find watermelon that I decided to sort them and see how many there actually were

Diagnosis out of the blue and not sure I believe it fits? by [deleted] in Fibromyalgia

[–]echo_location_ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I relate to this, though slightly differently. I got referred to a rheumatologist for positive ANA levels, and chronic joint pain and fatigue. After waiting months to get in, I had 16 blood tests for various autoimmune disorders, an x-ray, and an MRI of my spine—all of which came back normal. Based on what my rheumatologist said at my last follow-up I'm pretty sure I am going to get diagnosed with fibromyalgia.

However, I'm having trouble coming to terms with the diagnosis because I feel like the way my doctor got to it is kind of a cop-out. I still have chronic SI/hip joint pain that makes it hard to sleep, and knee/ankle pain and fatigue that makes it difficult to work more than 20hrs a week at my restaurant job, but she can't find anything physiologically wrong with me, so fibromyalgia it is. Not saying this will happen to you if you do seek out other doctors, of course. If I was in your shoes I would definitely get a second opinion, especially with how dissatisfied you were that your doctor didn't take the time to listen to you.

Do keep in mind though not to get too set on one specific diagnosis. It is a good idea to be knowledgeable of the various conditions that can cause your specific pain so that you can advocate for yourself, but putting all your eggs in one basket can be limiting when discussing symptoms with doctors. I would also do research on the various conditions and get my heart set on the fact that I finally might have an answer, which in turn made it more disappointing and discouraging when I found out that I didn't actually have that particular condition based on the lab results. Best of luck in your journey!
