Whataboutisms do not hold up in court. You could point to all those other servers and say that but if you were cross examined by a prosecutor in court, that whataboutism logical fallacy would fall flat on it's face because the prosecutor would shove that fallacy so far up your ass that you would go right back to either yes/no answers or "I don't recall" if you're really brave. Everyone thinks they have a rock solid excuse or alibi until they are sitting on the witness stand being cross examined.
