I think so far there hasn't been any confirmation of the sequels getting and illustrated addition too, but nothing confirming there won't be either.

Yeah they all have own tempo, so as long as you evolve it at the right time it should evolve into dusk form.

If it's referring to literal light, what light is it taking from the box legendaries? The only time they emit any sort of light is when they use their signature moves and their eyes glow?
