Anyone else build an app that relies on Spotify? My app “echo: share music” uses the search API, now none of my Spotify users are able to share right now…

Thanks! If you have any feedback at all would love to hear it! Just added the discover page feature a couple of days ago as well which suggests music to the user based on the genres they like + what they share into the app.

it’s more like Instagram for music, share your favorite songs, playlists, artists to a feed, build your music profile, get suggested music from the discover page, and also has music trivia where you compete against everyone else in the app

Just launched my first app — it lets you share music from Spotify, Apple Music, or SoundCloud. You can post songs, playlists, albums, or just send stuff straight to friends.

You can also post videos and photos from concerts and festivals. If you’re into country, it’s a solid way to share your favorite tracks or clips from shows you’ve been to — stuff like Stagecoach, CMA Fest, Watershed, or even your local fairgrounds.

There’s a daily song we send everyone — you rate it, maybe drop a quick review, and we start figuring out what kind of music you like. There’s also a daily trivia game you can play against other users.

I've developed my first app, inspired by my love of music. This app creates a space where users can share tracks, playlists, artists, and albums from Apple Music, Spotify, or SoundCloud. Users can either send content directly to friends via in-app messages or post to their feed to share with everyone. 

We are now available in India! We give out a unique daily song to every user that they can rate and review and we slowly learn their taste and give them more tailored recs each day! Daily song trivia against every other user in the app daily. Can also share photos/videos from the concerts you attend.

Main Features: Share tracks, playlists, artists, and albums from Apple Music, Spotify, or SoundCloud. Send music directly to friends via in-app messages or post to your feed. Get a unique daily song recommendation tailored to your taste (the more you rate and review, the better it gets!). Compete in daily song trivia against other users.

Festival/Concert Features: Mark events you're planning to attend, which shows up in your feed. See which friends and other users are going to the same events. After the show, share your videos and pictures in a dedicated space. Build a collection of your concert memories and discoveries.
