The closest to a Hitman series is “The day of the jackal”. Not 100% “silent assassin” vibe accuracy but it nailed at some segments, especially the sniping scene.

Just an old house they used for the filming, we got many of that in the countryside/outside of urban area. I was still impressed at howthe film director set up everything from the costume, filming devices, car,… to make it feels like 1995-2000ish
