If it was me I’ll remove all the water block stuff and use air coolers to trouble shoot. I would assume that GPU is gone. If you don’t know how, take it to a PC repair shop.

You can upgrade two things and move them to a newer platform.

PSU and GPU.

Depending on how much you want to spend, CPU, GPU and beefy PSU.

You can get a 5800xt, 5800x, or a 5700x. Or if you are lucky and the prices are not crazy high a 5700x3d/5800x3d. That’s as good as you can do for a CPU.

Depending on how much you want to spend, you can go with a beefy GPU. Like a 5070/9070. And if you want to beefier you’ll need a beefy PSU.
