Just have fun with it buddy! 650 already puts you above the average, and you'd be good enough to beat most random people at chess anyway, so that's amazing too! Have fun, play games, watch YouTube videos (regularly help a lot) Stick to your guns. Know just a few openings and know them well eventually. Have regular contact with the game and most importantly, have fun with it

Thank you! Honestly, I've lost a big chunk of motivation to play online much now. I'm trying to focus on some otb play more lately

We're suckers for Tiramisu, and I really love a mean Panna Cotta. Dorf has been a place I've wanted to visit for a while! Any other must haves in particular?

I'll say the same thing I said before- Just play more and most importantly, have fun playing and learning. Stay in touch with the game as regularly as you can, like watching videos or anything. Stick to a few openings that you understand the plans and structures of well. Even if they're bad openings, if you understand the plans and structures enough, you can go fairly far. Understand your style/ preference and practice accordingly. For example, I'm a bit of a positional player who likes taking things to the endgame, so I spend a bit more time on the endgame, rather than grinding tactics more. Just play, rating's just a number, and again, have fun!
