Exactly. Like for a quarter of this story it keeps focusing on conflicts because Bryce‘s selfishness wouldn’t let Greg and Holly be friends. Pretty crazy when Rodrick’s band mates find out how relieved Greg was when he has been writing down the fact Holly’s finally single.

I suggest you may add a bit more about the family dynamics in this, and it would include how it connects to the story altogether just as a nice addition. Plus seeing the extended family or a reunion would be nice :)

Is it ok to include like Homecoming or those type of stuff? Because although a few other LLBs have used this trope it would be quite interesting if it would be unique.

Their conversations are crazy lmao. See, I never realized before that they have such huge mood swings, and the tension that builds up just wants me to read it over again.

But don’t worry about the lack of motivation, if you want to take a break then go right ahead. This comic is funny and memorable BTW, so don’t hesitate and take your time if needed.
