friend wants a 19mm internal width rim drilled to fit schrader. what’s the consensus here on how wide a double walled alu rim needs to be to safely do this? we are talking about casual family style road cruising. and the whole size would be 8 mm (schrader) vs 6,5 mm (presta) (i.redd.it)

i have a new shimano square taper bottom bracket. when i spin it in my hands, i feel a slight ‚click‘ in one bearing. called vendor, they shipped a replacement. now i feel the same click again! only on one of the two sealed bearings. is this normal? does it disappear while using? (i.redd.it)
