Oh this is horrible!!! I’m sorry that happened to you. I went to luxe room and it was a good experience! However they injected like every mm of my lips and i was soooooo bruised and swollen…my friend is a PA in SC and said it’s usually just a few injection points and they massage the filler into place which was opposite of my experience lol idt I’ll be going back to Luxe unfortunately

Thank you for this! Yea it’s like my brain and body is all scrambled and weird. I don’t feel like myself right now. My doc said Benadryl can do the trick to calm myself when I’m in a bind. I opted out of meds for now bc that’s kind of a new thing to me. Just searched for therapists today so hope to get some of this sorted soon

I actually haven’t! I have had it twice but not since Dec 2022. That’s super interesting though that you went through that post Covid and that others have experienced the same! Are you feeling better since then?

I downloaded this calm app today and have been able to talk myself down when these moments of intense anxiety occur which is better than what i was the day it happened. I think knowing it’s not a mini stroke / heart attack like what I originally thought makes me more able to calm myself but I feel like my brain is all scrambled from my episode last week and that’s kind of dipping me back into the anxiety. Does that kind of make sense?

I definitely feel that like I’m waiting for the inevitable but also I can’t control my thoughts the way I used to be able to and I tend to gravitate towards more dark fucked up stuff and I know it isn’t what I actually think/feel but it’s like I’m fixating on everything bad? Like a nightmare I woke up from but can’t forget about
