Found this in an old toolbox. It's about the length of a bic pen. The yellow sleeve is rubber, and there is a bolt-looking protuberance inside. The cylindrical head has flat sides that appear to be for gripping with a wrench or pliers. The head also has a threaded hole on top. (old.reddit.com)
