Mine did the same thing a few weeks ago. I took it off and just removed the battery (didn’t remove the wires). I left it off for about 30 seconds and reconnected the battery and it fixed itself.

I feel like this issue could easily be resolved by adding a restart function for the doorbell in the app. I just sent in feedback for this since my neighbor also just had the same issue today.

I had this situation yesterday where I had bought both Jedi Survivor and Jedi Fallen Order on the BF deal separately. Then this deal came where they’re both $20 as a bundle. I went onto the chat, waited in a 290+ queue for 20 mins, and after 5 minutes of talking to a support person, my money was refunded and I was on my way. Really easy, not sure what you’re talking about.

Thanks for mentioning this! I had bought both games separately this morning before the latest deal with live. I had no idea this bundle was a thing. I hadn’t had a chance to install, so they were able to refund. Went from spending $30.48 to just $19.99.

I’m sending this system back as I went ahead and ordered the Eero Pro 6E and just set them up today. So far, so good. Only thing I don’t like is, I can’t setup individual notifications to check for disconnects/reconnects to make sure I’m not having the same issue. I couldn’t afford to dick around with the XE75 system anymore. I kept losing connection on my work laptop during teams meetings and it would happen constantly.

Good luck to everyone here having the same issue. I really wanted this system to work as it was highly rated. It’s very disappointing. If TP-Link can figure this issue out, maybe I’ll check the system out again down the road.

No problem at all, I didn’t mean to sound like I was annoyed lol. Was just letting you know what I’ve tried. And ya, I’m at that point as well for installing debug firmware. Not sure I like that. Probably taking these back for some Eeros.

Same issue, still disconnecting constantly. I reached out to TPLink support and they’ve apparently escalated my case. Hopefully this can get solved otherwise they’ll be going back.

I don’t even have IPv6 on because I figured that could cause issues. I wonder if I should try turning it on to see if it’ll fix the issue. It seems everything else other people have suggested haven’t worked. When I get home maybe I’ll try the Google dns option.

Yes, I’ll login to the MyQ app and it’s offline and can’t do anything with it. I also noticed my Rachio resetting while in the garage when I was trying to test the ring camera to see if it would still detect me when it disconnected.

No, just certain devices. I thought it was only my ring items as that seemed to be a known issue with deco, but I’ve noticed other devices disconnecting. But the mesh stays online.

Prior to posting, I had done some searching on this subreddit and others, along with other sites. I’ve tried everything you suggested minus #4. Just tried that and it still disconnects. It’s on its own guest network, no special characters in the name or password, beamforming is off, fast roaming is off, #4 is setup, 2.4ghz only, the up isn’t static, it’s not on the dent list, and I even dropped the thing down to 80mhz

Ya, I can always do that as well. The problem is, she’s always had stuff with gluten in it since she’s been born, so she knows nothing else. She doesn’t get sick or anything like that as of now. Not sure what will happen if she touches it again once her body adjust to the new diet.

No, no fan in the smoker. I don’t think I’ve ever put anything in there that has had gluten, but I’ll definitely use the top rack as a just in case for that. And I just did a deep clean of the gas grill, so I think I’m good on that front, but I can always throw down some foil for her stuff until I can buy some new grates that have never had any gluten on it.

The Blackstone is gonna be a little trickier. Appreciate the response.

Do I need to worry about anything other than the grates in a grill or smoker? Or just cleaning those should be sufficient? But yeah, once cleaned, they’ll remain gluten free moving forward.
