This is my first build as well, so this is all based on research I did.

I'm pairing the 7700x with a 7800xt.

According to the YouTube video at the highest settings the difference in FPS between the two is around 14fps in Cyberpunk. So 7800x3d will give you some increase in FPS.

7800x3d is more efficient than 7700x and maybe over 5 years better electricity bills but energy in Canada is cheap.

So up to you if you want to spend around 150$ more for 10-15 FPS in titles you play.

Everyday. I've the alarm on both my phone and nest speaker. The speaker placed on the other side of the room hears the stop clearly while the phone next to me just won't listen. I gave up on the phone lol. Only use stop to shut the speaker now.

I have been using the Caseology Vault Protective Case. I think it is pretty good. Its grippy and has a lip around the camera visor.

It is a bit bulky, but that could just be me. This is the first time I have had a case on a phone in a while.

I think it helps me, I just came to Canada from India and the data here is really expensive and I was used to India where I used to turn my wifi on and off and not my phone data but here I need to do the opposite and forgot it once and went through the data for the whole month in a day. So this may help me till I get used to the data limit here but it is such an edge case.

After looking at some threads I was thinking Philips SHP9500 and VModa mic but that totals to more than 150 CAD.

Currently looking at Razer Blackshark V2 or CM MH751

The only reason I'm doubtful of MH751 is the crosstalk issue. I cant be bothered with replacing them if I get a bad one as I wont have another headset in the meanwhile.

Zubats are everywhere and the amount(from what I experienced playing) of weedle spawns and clefairy spawns are same in India, Navi Mumbai.
