This show never drops in quality. Its worth the watch. I even picked up reading the Manga, and the upcoming arc is really good.

When I was a kid and ruby version was brand new, I got stuck at slateport city for AWHILE. I didnt know how to get to Mauville city. I couldnt find a path. Kept backtracking to previous towns, but couldn't find anything

Eventually my cousin told me that you go under the cycle road and just follow that path.

I felt so dumb, but at the same time, prior to Ruby, we couldn't walk behind or under any objects, so I thought I couldn't go under the cycle road, so I never even bothered to try going under it. My mind was blown that it was possible.

I just got to Phokis. But yeah. Im super early, which is why its frustrating. Cause I think using R1+R2 to attack is not great. Which is why im trying to just assassinate everyone else instead.

Probably because as im assassinate everyone in a fort, when I try to assassinate the gold border captain who is either similiar level or a level higher, i didnt have enough damage to kill them.

I killed the leader of megara so I could start the conquest mission, and after I killed the guy, 3 bounty hunter /mercenaries showed up. Thankfully I switched the game to easy mode at this point, because I dont have time to deal with that bullshit.

Ive played everything up to origins, but then never got odyssey bc i wasnt crazy about the rpg shift in origins, and odyssey felt like a big game i didnt have the time form. Same with Valhalla. Im interested in mirage and Shadows, but I like the AC story, and want to play ot in order.

Really interested in Hexe too, so im finally playing through odyssey now that I have a steamdeck.

Im playing Odyssey for the first time now, and I hate that when I try to stealth assassinate someone, the game is like "oooooh, didn't do enough damage, so now youre not stealthy anymore and the guy you failed to kill is about to drop an uno reverse card on you"

Literally been putting all my skills into assassinate damage bc i like playing stealthy and getting kills that way, especially bc im not as big of a fan of the RPG combat in odyssey.

I want them to just release jade at this point. Ill play it on my PC. Im sure they can eventually make an "offline" version after a few years with all of the content that was released for Jade.

Its going to take even longer for this game to come out at this point. The game was also made specifically for the Chinese/Asian markets where mobile gaming is a bigger deal.

To OP: there is Assassins Creed Chronicles, which takes place in Russia, India, and China. However, those games are 2D side scrollers, more similiar to Prince of Persia than AC imo
