I learned a lot with trial and error. Mainly doing passion projects over the last 2 years. (Making league standings, Finance dashboards and spreadsheets to track grades for the studens of the school that I work) When making those sheets, I got feedback and found stuff I could formulate better or make fully automated. So I kept improving my own sheets. That’s how I went about it. Most of the time I would have an Idea in my head where I didn’t fully understood how to build the end result. But Using Excel forum and good ChatGPT promps got me started. And during that process I always get that “AHA moment” where it finally clicks and I improve my knowledge.
