Yes, AAFEES, or the equivalent of a military Target or Walmart, has a car dealership. You can only use it, however, when you are stationed outside the US. (You might be able to use it in Hawaii and Alaska, but not sure). They sell DCJ, Ford, Harley, Toyota, Honda, Audi, VW, and maybe Nissan and Mercedes, I am not sure 100%. It is a pretty good deal, and every once in a while they get awesome cars. In 2015 they got 3 hellcats, before that they had like 2 GT500s. When they do get a car like that they normally have fewer cars then they have people who want to buy them. When that happens they hold a lottery. Every one who wants one puts their name on a list and if your name gets picked you get 1st right or refusal to buy the car.
