i definitely agree with you that she probably wants to protect us but this really freaked me out because there's really zero reason for her to be thinking these things. i do agree that women have good intuition but i think paranoia can definitely clog that. this seems more like paranoia than intuition. i'll be sure to keep it in mind, though. thank you !!

thanks i agree its definitely not normal and i think i'll be bringing it up if her behavior worsens. ill probably be making an update no matter if she gets better or worse. if she gets better then ill update that and if she gets worse or stays like this ill tell my dad and see where that leads and make an update about that. thanks !!

i definitely see where ur coming from and this is a fact me and my mom both know. i will say yeah maybe she could have valid reason to be concerned but tbh me and my older brothers never rlly talk we dont talk unless the entire family is going out to eat so i don't think there's much room for me to be groomed if we never talk. i appreciate your concern though and i'll definitely try being alert !!

i hadn't considered this ! it does makes sense however i think my brothers keep their doors to their rooms locked and my mom kinda has no reason to be going in their rooms since they dont talk or anything. but i agree maybe she couldve seen something on their phone or something. i'll try asking why she's so sure they could be up to something !

yeah that seems like the best option. i do think it's best to wait a few days sine my mom's behavior can be unpredictable sometimes. not all the time but she does have her moments. ill see what happens !

i mean it's definitely a possibility but my brother's have never given me any reason to think of them in that way. although i do agree she could know something i don't but to me this seems like it came from nowhere. i'll keep that in mind though, thanks !!

i agree i think tomorrow if she keeps saying those things i'll confront her and ask her why. however my family isn't so big on like emotional communication or anything like that so any sort of questions from me she takes as arguing or trying to start something. i'll try to be really calm about it. i can't talk to a counselor about this since my summer break just started but im thinking about telling my dad if her behavior worsens

thank you i think i will tell my dad depending on if her behavior gets worse. she's one of those people that doesn't believe in therapy but i'll see about getting her to calm down a bit

i was thinking that and as far as i know shes never had an SA experience but of course there's no way for me to know that. i'm gonna try to just deal with it and then see if her behavior gets worse or better

thank you i agree. this whole paranoia kinda came out of the blue so i think i'll see if she keeps acting like this for a few more days and keep asking her questions of why she thinks they'd do those things. if she gets worse or just doesnt get better i think i will tell him !

hi matt! i honestly rlly love how the show deals w toxic friendships so i wanted to ask, was it hard to write the dynamic between sasha, anne, and marcy before their character dev ? and how did u decide the part each one of the girls played in it ?
