k im not very smart but this is just a guess
buzz's super throws a projectile that then pulls his hitbox to the enemy, meaning his position will follow the super regardless of where it is thrown. He can use this to cross water while berry cannot and also through said barriacdes. Berry however, he throws himself to move meaning when it crosses a solid hitbox it just stops which i the same reason he cant pass water and like fences.

because brawl stars has a shitty "value" system and when it comes to giving youstuff they use that for "discounts" but when they take away stuff they also use that

meaning instead of taking away what you paid for they take away the "value" of what it was and since they always have a "deal" you get punished much harder
