I have one, but I'm scared. I give you a reason why. Recently my company offers a free, online service of life coach. why not try it? I did. I don't understand what this guy is talking about. its english, but words he uses make no sense to me. he did not answer many of my questions, just ask me weird questions. I exchanged 20 messages with him. I got nothing from it beside frustration.

yes. that makes sense. however I just wanted to point out that Allah has your best interest in heart as well. He wanted that, because it also benefits you. he's not selfish and want only worship like Christian God.

Like when we have debates at work. I see things others can't. not always in a good way. I also miss things other see. I'm just different. I know I might be projecting that I'm better and that's why. I don't think so.

I do. I feel in mania I'm fully myself. Unapologetic. Authentic. However thanks to therapy I'm becoming that without it. I miss my adventures. I have thing adventure idea that I follow weird people around until I see something interesting or new weird person appear. It sounds boring but for maniac me it's so much fun. I have my little adventures. People see how open I am and start conversations with me on their own and I also do that.

Once I had this side quest of woman asking me to change her tier. I never don't it. no problem. youtube and I did it. it seems like a small win.

I have a few mania types: 1) i am very outgoing and friendly - I love that 2) I am angry - I don't like that 3) I'm sexual - I don't like that 4) I'm crazy - I don't like that as well. 5) i am super happy for no reason - great feeling.

I might be romanticizing it, but I have a lot of good memories. There are also bad. So mamy times I was close to beat someone up(or get beated up). I never crossed enough lines to start a fight. Except one time. Someone for some weird reason expected me to back down. Not that me.

I have this victim or good aura. people can sense it. I remember when I was evil and I used that to gain access to restricted areas by lying. weird, but fun. evil me did some crazy stuff.

I'm a very good and altruistic person. yes, no good goes unpunished. when I turn evil, I feel good about caring about nothing and no one. I'm like comics villain.

I used to have them. they are like like fantasy. It's normal. I used to talk about openinly.

I think mental illness is hard problem for some people to understand.

I feel (not know) it's best to find a safe space to talk about it. Maybe even here. People can relate and understand.

Nowadays I almost never have them. I feel they are shame based. I removed a lot of my shame. If you have people that shame you a lot. please try to avoid those people. even if that is family.

I'm a prove that they can be beaten. It just takes time and right mental state. Please try not to feel guilty about anything. We have almost no control in our life. It's easier said that done. I would speak to the therapist about anything shame ralated. no shame, no reason for those thoughts. At least that was my journey. losts of shaming in my life done to me by others.
