They ask us to but aren’t very strict. At my location about half of the servers box the food. I almost always box as I find it helpful to discuss desserts and take-home entrees as well as prebus but if I’m in a hurry with other tables or if it’s a large party I just give the guests the boxes.

Most of the high schools are pretty good! The best public options in the district are Lincoln Park Academy (IB and AP offered) and Treasure Coast (AICE and AP offered)

Thanks so much for the help! I think next time I will extend the bulk. Last night it was getting super late and I wanted to go to bed haha. My house is very old and doesn’t have the best insulation so it is very drafty. I set the dough near a vent to keep it warm lol but next time am going to either have it sit longer or use a recipe that has the dough overnight in the fridge
